PKR. 150,000 - 250,000/Month

1. Responsible for all procedures, customs clearance procedures, and corresponding logistics arrangements for exporting electric motorcycles and their matching battery packs to Pakistan;

2. According to the needs of procurement and order handlers, book shipping space for import and export goods, arrange vehicles, prepare customs declaration documents and verification lists;

3. Processing of import and export licenses, such as exemption from 3C certification, exemption from energy efficiency labeling, certificate of origin, chemical identification certificate, etc;

4. Track the entire process of goods transportation and handle any abnormal issues that occur during transportation;

5. Provide promised transportation time for production and order departments to facilitate planning and scheduling;

6. Track the performance of logistics companies, such as the compliance rate of transit time, the error rate of customs declaration, and the handling of lost or damaged goods;

7. Separate inquiry for freight and reasonable evaluation of the plan

8. Control and settlement of logistics costs;

9. Actively improve processes and optimize performance according to business needs;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements：

1. At least 5 years of experience in logistics and customs affairs for multinational companies, with a bachelor's degree or above and a preference for graduate studies;

2. Good English communication skills;

3. Familiar with the current regulations of Pakistan customs, with rich experience in import and export declaration standards, HS classification, and license processing;

4. Familiar with various aspects of import and export logistics transportation, with+C4: D4 large cargo operation experience preferred;

5. Experience in managing processing trade manuals is preferred;

6. Possess the ability to organize, coordinate, provide solutions, and solve problems;

7. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, coordination abilities, and teamwork spirit; Highly responsible and cautious attitude; Strong communication skills.
