We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
  • Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Promote and sell real estate properties, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and leases.
  • Represent the company at real estate events, expos, and meetings.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and business development.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to finalize deals successfully.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide persuasive solutions.

2. Real Estate Market Knowledge

  • Understanding of property laws, market trends, and investment strategies.
  • Awareness of residential and commercial property sectors.
  • Ability to analyze property values and market demand.

3. Lead Generation & Client Relationship Management

  • Experience in prospecting and generating new leads.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

4. Marketing & Branding

  • Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies, digital marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
  • Experience in using CRM software for lead tracking and sales management.

5. Communication & Presentation Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective property presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
  • A strong network in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
