You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships in the real estate sector. This role involves promoting properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Identify potential buyers and investors through networking, cold calling, and referrals.Present, promote, and sell real estate properties (residential and commercial) to clients.Conduct property tours, site visits, and client meetings to showcase available listings.Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.Provide clients with accurate information on property pricing, features, legal documentation, and financing options.Assist clients in making informed investment decisions.Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and maintain a strong client database.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closing:
Negotiate pricing and payment terms with buyers and sellers to maximize revenue.Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and necessary documentation.Work closely with legal teams, property consultants, and finance departments for smooth transactions.
4. Market Research & Reporting:
Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management Recommend pricing strategies based on market trends and customer demand
