Kingdom Trip is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide full-time remote support to the CEO. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with a global company from anywhere in Pakistan, operating on a night shift aligned with US Eastern Time. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth scheduling. Coordinate effectively across various departments including Real Estate, Marketing, HR, and Kingdom Trip, tracking key updates and progress. Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, documents, and other written communications with accuracy and professionalism. Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up materials using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Support new business initiatives by conducting research, planning, and liaising with vendors. Act as the CEO’s primary point of contact for daily coordination and task completion. Assist with personal errands or bookings as required by the CEO. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle all matters with discretion and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives. Exceptional fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. Proven ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations with confidence and professionalism is required. Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva is necessary. Reliable access to a functioning laptop and stable internet connection, with backup solutions for emergencies, is required. Candidates must be available to work full-time, at least eight hours per day, six days a week, during US Eastern Time night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working remotely and managing night shifts is highly valued. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strategies for maintaining productivity and focus during non-traditional hours. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 55,000, commensurate with experience and skills. Comprehensive training will be provided during the first week, followed by a three-month probation period. Payment will be made for both training and probation upon successful completion.
