Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support the implementation of culture transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with change management strategies.
- Lead communication efforts to promote awareness and engagement in transformation programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide actionable feedback.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build change readiness among employees.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in culture transformation, change management, or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of telecom or technology industry dynamics is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
