We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth store operations, and effectively using the POS (Point of Sale) system to manage transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs.
- Ensure all customers have a pleasant shopping experience by offering recommendations and addressing queries.
- Operate the POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of store inventory and promotions to inform customers effectively.
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain an appealing display.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness within the store.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using a POS system; training can be provided if required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking efficiently.
