Join our team as a Call Center Agent in our call center. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries efficiently purely in English language.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products/services.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience is desired but not required.
  • Willingness to work in night shift and weekends.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days a week
