Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support: Engage with customers primarily over the phone to understand their needs, respond to product-related inquiries, and resolve account or booking issues. Aim to achieve first-contact resolution to ensure consistently high customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Expertise: Maintain and enhance your understanding of the company’s products and services by regularly updating your knowledge. Achieve and sustain excellent scores in product knowledge assessments to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Sales Upgrades: Utilize strategic sales techniques to convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities, thereby contributing to revenue growth.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance ongoing satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate closely with the UK-based team to ensure timely synchronization of customer data and accurate reporting of all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs are essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Flexibility and a commitment to meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) are crucial.
