Graphic Designer

Fillinx Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Figma and exhibit a passion for producing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message. As a Graphic Designer at Fillinx Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs for digital products, marketing materials, and branding initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment, while adhering to project deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables. Since this position does not involve managing a team, a focus on individual contribution and teamwork is essential for success.
Responsibilities

Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
Generating fresh concepts.
Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
Liaising with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Leading brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
Training and mentoring junior designers.
Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Understanding project requirements and concepts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role.
Portfolio of completed design projects.
Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Proficient in design software (e.g. Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Figma and XD).
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
Attention to visual details.
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
BS degree in Computer sciences or relevant field.
