Production Line Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Production Line In-Charge to manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of our garment production line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clothing manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire production line, ensuring smooth workflow and timely output.
Allocate tasks to line workers based on daily production targets.
Monitor line performance and ensure garments are produced as per quality standards.
Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks in real-time.
Coordinate with the cutting, quality control, and finishing departments.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company compliance standards.
Train new workers and motivate the team to maintain productivity and quality.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Suggest improvements for line balancing and overall efficiency.
Ensure raw materials and trims are available before starting operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a garment/clothing production environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, line balancing, and garment construction.
Experience handling woven/knit garments (mention specific types if needed).
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Basic understanding of quality standards and compliance requirements.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or related fields.
Experience with lean manufacturing practices and production software.
Familiarity with productivity metrics (e.g., efficiency, output per hour).
