We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, generating leads, and promoting the company’s products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and close sales with potential clients to achieve sales targets.

  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research to generate new leads and business opportunities.

  • Client Meetings: Develop relationships with clients and manage customer inquiries and feedback.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities, including customer interactions, lead follow-ups, and sales performance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing and product development to align sales strategies.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience: At least [1-3 years] of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and address client needs with tailored solutions.

  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
