Techforge Innovations is looking for a talented and motivated Flutter Developer with over two years of experience in building high-quality mobile applications. This full-time, on-site role is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and requires working night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM. The successful candidate will engage in both international and local projects, contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Integrate backend APIs and third-party services such as Firebase and RESTful APIs to ensure smooth app functionality. Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall quality. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to support agile development workflows.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development is essential. Strong understanding of mobile architecture and state management techniques, including Bloc and Provider, is required. Experience working with backend APIs such as Firebase, Node.js, and Laravel is necessary. Proficiency in Git and version control systems is expected. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment are critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Experience deploying applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store is highly desirable. Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, Laravel, and MongoDB will be an advantage. Previous experience working in Agile or product-based teams is preferred. The company offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000.
