- Prepare and process customer invoices in line with agreed terms and sector-specific requirements
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding balances and Ageing Reports
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to verify transactions
- Support the finance team in month-end closing and reporting activities
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and strong MS Excel skills
- Any other ad hoc tasks assignment by line management
- Reporting to HO on ad-hoc basis
