We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing prospects through various digital channels to support sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Generate qualified B2B or B2C leads through paid and organic campaigns.
Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns and drip campaigns for lead nurturing.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead quality feedback.
Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to manage and track leads.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience in content marketing or copywriting.
Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
