Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Center Manager located in Rawalpindi at Friends Home Store. The Service Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer service, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring efficient service delivery to customers.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and managing service operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of home electronics and appliances
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Technical knowledge in troubleshooting electronics is a plus
