Full Stack Web Developer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Web Developer with at least one year of practical experience in modern web development technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications using React, Node.js, Next.js, and other essential tools. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support application functionality.
- Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and Amplify for deployment, hosting, and storage solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
- Maintain high code quality by following best practices, conducting code reviews, and implementing thorough testing.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging web technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance development processes.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in React.js and Next.js for front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js for backend development.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and Amplify.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of serverless architectures.
- Basic understanding of security best practices.
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a starting salary from Rs40,000 per month.
