Key Responsibilities:
Web Development & Maintenance:
- Develop, maintain, and update the website as needed (front-end and back-end).
- Ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly, and fully optimized across all devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance problems.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement UI/UX improvements based on performance data and SEO needs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and web development frameworks.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Skills:
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends.
- Proficiency in web design principles and responsive design.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams (marketing, design, etc.).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
