The GTM Engineer at Fynch Consulting plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our go-to-market strategies. With a strong background in using Clay.com and an outreach tool like Lemlist, the GTM Engineer will craft and execute effective marketing campaigns that align with our business goals. Additionally, this position manages a talented team of two marketing professionals, providing them with guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure optimal performance and achievement of targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, showcasing a robust understanding of tools and strategies necessary for engaging customers and maximizing lead generation.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that drive lead acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Utilize Clay.com for data analysis and customer insights to enhance targeting and personalization in marketing campaigns.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using outbound and inbound marketing techniques.
  • Manage a small team of marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and direction to achieve their professional goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies based on data insights and market trends.
  • Utilize an outreach tool like Lemlist to enhance communication and outreach efforts to potential customers.
  • Maintain and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems for accurate tracking of leads and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on campaign performance, team progress, and areas for improvement.
