Gasper Tech is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales strategy development, negotiation, and effective communication skills. As a Sales Manager, you will manage a dedicated team of three sales professionals, guiding them to meet and exceed company sales targets. This role requires the flexibility to work on-site during night shifts to align with the U.S. time zone, making it essential to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your expertise in international sales and platforms such as Bark and Upwork will significantly contribute to expanding our market reach and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of three sales personnel to achieve high performance and sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients, maintaining long-term relationships for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective promotional material and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize sales analytics to drive decision-making and optimize sales processes.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Remain updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
