As a Sales Manager, you will manage a dedicated team of three sales professionals, guiding them to meet and exceed company sales targets. This role requires the flexibility to work on-site during night shifts to align with the U.S. time zone, making it essential to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your expertise in international sales and platforms such as Bark and Upwork will significantly contribute to expanding our market reach and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of three sales personnel to achieve high performance and sales targets.
Conduct regular sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients, maintaining long-term relationships for repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective promotional material and campaigns.
Monitor and report on team performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Utilize sales analytics to drive decision-making and optimize sales processes.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Remain updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
