We are seeking a detail-oriented and qualified Female Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliation reports.
Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely submission of tax filings.
Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
