We are hiring a supervisor to oversee and guide our telecom sales team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, a strong background in telecom sales, and expertise in digital advertising and PPC campaigns within the telecom domain. This position requires a dynamic individual who can drive performance, meet sales targets, and foster a positive work environment while staying updated on the latest developments in AT&T, Spectrum, Frontier, DTV, and other telecom programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sales Specialists, ensuring individual and team performance aligns with company goals and targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor and motivate the team to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions to enhance team skills and deepen product knowledge.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution to maintain a positive customer experience.
Stay updated on the offerings, pricing, and promotions of AT&T, Spectrum, Frontier, and other telecom programs, and effectively communicate these to the team.
Manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage during the shift.
Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to management, offering actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role, specifically in telecom sales.
Expertise in sales and negotiation with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, including PPC campaigns, within the telecom sector.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools utilized by telecom providers.

Compensation:

Salary: Rs. 120000 – Rs. 200000 per month, depending on experience.
