We are hiring a Customer Support Intern (Female) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to gain practical experience in a supportive and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers to explain how our platform works.
Assist in responding to customer queries via phone and email.
Maintain records of customer interactions and support basic operational processes.
Help with office tasks including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to assist in day-to-day operations.
Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
Female candidates only.
Must be a fresh graduate.
Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn.
