We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic customer support team. As a Customer Service Representative (Internet & Social Media), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service that involves informative posting on the social media handles, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers over the company’s official social media handles and contact e-mail.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via specific communication channels only that include, e-mail, chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, aiming for a first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and patience.
  • Personalize interactions to ensure customers feel valued and heard.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

Product Knowledge and Social Media Posting:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers through social media posts.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits through social media posts.
  • Stay updated on product updates, changes, and industry trends.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Handle customer complaints and disputes with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or de-escalate them as necessary.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and report recurring customer issues to management to improve overall processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in support procedures and resources.

Customer Feedback:

  • Gather and document customer feedback, suggestions, and comments to help the company improve its products and services.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.

Product Promotion:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers over the internet.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotions by informing customers about new offerings over the Internet.

Qualifications and Other Requirements

  • Graduate Degree (a degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and services.
  • Proficiency in using social media such as X (formerly Twitter), Meta, Tumblr, and etc is a must.
  • English language proficiency and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must.
  • Proficiency in using WordPress and related web content management systems is preferred though not a necessity.

Working Condition

  • This position is primarily on-site employment.
  • Occasional remote work may be available, depending on company policies and customer needs.
