We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Solar Design Engineer / CAD Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with an engineering background who have a passion for solar energy and sustainable solutions. You will work closely with senior designers and engineers to develop solar PV system designs, create CAD drawings, and assist in project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and drafting of solar PV systems using AutoCAD.
- Prepare permit plan sets, electrical & structural drawings, and layout plans.
- Assist in site analysis using satellite imagery, shading analysis, and load calculations.
- Maintain accurate records of design revisions and updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Preferred)
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
