We are looking for Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build rapport with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As a CSR, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, guiding them through our services, and closing sales. With uncapped commissions, your earning potential is in your hands!
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential customers via calls, messages, and emails.
- Present and promote company services effectively.
- Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
- Sales or call center experience is a plus, but fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English & Urdu with a confident speaking style.
- Persuasive and energetic personality with a goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
