Responsibilities
Prompt Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Order Management: Assist in processing returns and ensuring seamless order fulfillment, maintaining accurate records of tracking numbers for efficient tracking.
Customer Service Chats: Engage in live customer service chats, addressing account-related matters, and providing solutions effectively.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in computer operations, including data entry, to efficiently manage customer interactions.
Microsoft Office Skills: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English for clear communication with customers.
Location: Must be able to commute daily to our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
E-commerce Experience: Experience in e-commerce or familiarity with eBay operations is a plus.
