As a Stitching professional, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of 20 individuals, ensuring that each member is skilled in various sewing techniques, instilling problem-solving abilities necessary for addressing production challenges, and maintaining a collaborative team environment. With your expertise, you will contribute to the overall success of our production processes and help uphold our reputation for delivering exceptional textile products to our clients. Your leadership will guide the team in refining their skills and achieving production targets while ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day stitching operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Manage and mentor a team of 20 stitching professionals, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
Implement best practices in sewing techniques to optimize product quality and production efficiency.
Conduct regular assessments of team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve output and morale.
Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules and ensure availability of materials and resources.
Solve production problems by analyzing issues and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of production quantities, quality checks, and employee performance metrics.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team, fostering innovation and creativity in the sewing process.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies in the production environment.
