Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the graphic design process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with our brand identity.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of mediums including illustrations, branding, UI/UX, video editing, and animations.
- Oversee and guide the work of junior designers, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and engineering to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.
- Ensure all design projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Manage external design resources when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven international experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases a strong design sense aligned with global standards.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Proficient in video editing and animation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
