As the ADC Manager/Card Operations at Habib Metropolitan Bank, you will play a vital role in overseeing the management and operations of the card services department. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth issuance and renewal of credit and debit cards while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and corporate policies. In this leadership position, you will manage a team of seven professionals, guiding them to deliver exceptional service to customers and partners. Your expertise in card management systems, payment processing, and fraud detection will be essential for enhancing the overall customer experience and improving card features and benefits. Moreover, you will foster relationships with key stakeholders, including card networks and financial institutions, to guarantee the successful launch and ongoing management of various card products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the card services department ensuring effective processing and management of all card-related activities.
  • Directly manage a team of seven individuals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to account statements, fraud disputes, and monetary adjustments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and uphold thorough knowledge of VISA/Debit/ATM card rules and regulations to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
  • Administer the card issuance and renewal processes, ensuring timely delivery to customers while maintaining strict compliance with corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful launches of new card products, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by continuously evaluating and improving card features and benefits in line with customer feedback and market demands.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including card networks, vendors, and other financial institutions, to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all Visa-mandated implementations, including managing licensing requirements and ensuring proper compliance with numeric management policies.
  • Oversee the appropriate use of Visa marks in all marketing, promotional, and advertising materials, safeguarding the integrity of the brand.
  • Monitor transaction processing to ensure adherence to Visa's data requirements and authorization processing standards, addressing any discrepancies as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on card operations performance, customer feedback, and compliance metrics to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
