Execute production plans (daily, weekly, monthly) and submit reports to the Production Data Analyst.
Update daily material status and share with the Data Analyst for accurate tracking and planning.
Prepare daily rejection reports and coordinate with LQC/LQA teams to remove and reduce rejections.
Control production losses by monitoring UPMH/UPH and achieving defined efficiency targets.
Coordinate with maintenance for resolving equipment issues and ensuring preventive maintenance.
Ensure process quality by acting on quality feedback and correcting deviations from standards.
Maintain 6S discipline as per the defined layout on the shop floor.
Prepare NCERs for rejected/damaged parts and ensure proper shifting to designated areas.
Train new workers by providing on-the-job training and guidance for smooth integration.
