Supervise and manage daily operations of the Commercial Division to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with business objectives.
Track and analyze KPIs; prepare and submit timely performance reports to the Operations Department.
Lead the preparation and execution of the division’s annual business plan; manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate, monitor, and follow up on key tasks and strategic projects.
Maintain and update ISO documentation; ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
Coordinate HR and administrative functions including employee support, documentation, and departmental needs.
Facilitate professional internal communication; manage official correspondence and support cross-functional coordination.
