Responsible for maintaining and implementing ISO system documentation across the production floor and office.
Ensure all documentation and processes comply with ISO standards and internal audit requirements.
Standardize all production and planning reports for consistency across departments.
Prepare and maintain KPI reports for different production functions.
Regularly review KPI objectives and ensure alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
Conduct yearly KPI evaluations to support employee promotion and appraisal processes.
Compile and prepare weekly production data for presentation in weekly managerial meetings.
Support budget and business planning processes by providing accurate production data and analysis.
Arrange and organize documents related to process operations for ISO internal audits.
Coordinate with teams to address non-conformities and maintain audit readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve documentation, data handling, and performance tracking systems.
