To prepare all the technical and documentary details for the submission to IOCO Customs for quota issuance.
To prepare the input/ output and wastage ratio with the confirmation of the Factory..
To arrange a survey of customs officials to determine the input/ output ratio.
To visit frequently IOCO Custom office frequently for quota approval.
To get the empty container receipts and detention invoices (if any) to verify the reason.
To verify empty return dates with Detention invoices with EIR and rectify the issue.
To prepare a claim if any demurrage or detention due to Vendors.
To prepare landed factors, demurrage or detention Provision, and green channel Clearance report.
To Prepare an Import Analysis of the Home Appliances Industry.
Responsible for closing Post Clearance Cases.
Any Task Assigned by HOD.
