Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for all mechanical & electrical assets in plan.
Schedule routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
The implementation of TPM program creates a shared responsibiity for equipment that encourages greater involvement by technicians/workers.
Keep detail record of spare parts inventory, including stock levels, usage history and reordering information.
Implement a system to track the expiration dates of spare parts of critical components.
Lead a team of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
Provide guidance, trainings, and support to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
Diagnose and address the mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve complex technical problem's.
Evaluate existing high speed rotary machines for potential upgrades or modernization. Plan and execute projects to enhance efficiency and lifespan of equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurrent issues and implement corrective actions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address problems.
