Responsible for maintaining/filling all security records i.e. OGPs, returnable OGPs, vehicle requisition slips, Visitor slips, ODs/employee gate passes, Police guards' attendance, Chinese outdoor forms, etc.
Responsible to maintain an Excel sheet of all returnable OGPs and it follow-up till return.
Responsible for maintaining HOD/Managers In/Out, QRF, interview candidate in/out, guests in/out, Chinese outdoor, pool cars, vehicles average, contractual transport arrival reports.
Responsible for rounding all Factories, preparing reports of all unserviceable gates, windows, security lights, boundary walls, razor wire, and long grass, sending emails to the concerned, and keeping follow-up.
Responsible for issuance of IGPs of all incoming material, local purchase, and import material as per DC and Import arrival notice.3. Responsible for checking outgoing material as per OGPs (HNR, Forland, Vendor City, Enviro, Logistic, HPK, MG & MWO/LED).
Responsible for updating late arrival reports after break time and send to concern / HR.
Responsible for duty-paid and non-paid containers in/out detail on a daily basis.
Responsible for maintaining leaves, outdoor, and short leaves on TIS system of all security staff.
To help in to control workers during a shift in/out time.
Responsible for issuance and receiving of all department/office keys.
Any other task assigned by HOD.
