We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive to manage and analyze data, create reports, and support business operations with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to sales, inventory, and business performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Maintain and improve data management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline data flow and reporting.
  • Identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an MIS or data analysis role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
