Overall Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day field and administrative operations.
Specific Responsibilities
- Provide general operational support for project management activities in Lahore.
- Oversee administrative functions and ensure effective supervision of project-related tasks.
- Manage and supervise the procurement of equipment, materials, and supplies required for project implementation.
- Execute procurement processes in compliance with organizational rules, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Review technical proposals submitted by suppliers and conduct cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making.
- Draft, develop, and prepare technical and legal contracts in alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive market assessments and analyses as per assigned tasks.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports related to operations, procurement, and project progress.
- Collaborate and coordinate with partner organizations working alongside Hamsaaya to ensure aligned objectives and efficient project delivery.
- Any other task assigned by the reporting manager.
