Accounts / Audit Officer

We are seeking a highly keen learner and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts / Audit Officer . You will be responsible for a variety of accounting and audit functions, including financial recording, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, monthly salary and benefits preparation, audits and any other tasks as management required. The ideal candidate must be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
Prepare monthly salary and other benefits report well in time.
Perform stock count of all inventories.
Help with data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Support the preparation of invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and follow up on payments & collection.
Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries for internal use.
Provide support for monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
Assist in tracking expenses and budgeting for relevant departments.
Assist in responding to queries related to finance from internal departments.
