What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience in a call center.
- Proficient computer user.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clear and articulate speech, free of defects.
- Strong understanding of sales stages and techniques.
- Ability to handle objections effectively. Personal Qualities:
- Results-driven mindset.
- High stress tolerance.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Fast learner. Responsibilities:
- Making outgoing calls based on customer inquiries.
- Selling the company’s products.
- Accurately recording data in the CRM system. Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week.
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a 1-hour break. Location: Caesars Tower, 1st floor, Office No. 120, Plot No. ST-10, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Compensation:
- 50,000 PKR base salary.
- Performance bonuses (approximately 20% of the base salary). We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
