Qualification: ACCA (Finalist)/ACCA, / CA / ACMA Finalist/ACMA (Finalist)/ACMA.
Industry Preference: Retail & Warehouse experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls.
- Receiving Reports from Audit Team and reviewing it for any deficiencies
- Evaluate risk management processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, and accounting standards.
- Review financial statements, ledgers, and records to identify discrepancies and inefficiencies.
- Assess and improve the internal control system of retail and warehouse operations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlight key findings, and provide insights.
- Assist in external audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
- Stay updated with audit best practices, financial regulations, and industry trends.
- Highlighting the control weaknesses in company Retail and Warehouse Software
- Pointing out any deficiencies and suggesting improvement in ERP system of the company
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in audit, preferably in retail or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and risk assessment.
- Experience in inventory audits, stock reconciliations, and preparing Stock Audit Report
- Proficiency in audit tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in preparing the Company Policies and SOPs
