Billing and Invoicing:

Generate and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients.
Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in resolving billing discrepancies.

Recordkeeping:

Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Assist in updating and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Communication:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding billing and financial matters.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
Assist in preparing financial documents for audits or reviews.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in basic accounting or billing roles is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
