We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer / Graphic Designer with experience in website management to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on bringing compelling content to life across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and social media reels for marketing purposes.
- Develop content scripts and visual storyboards aligned with brand campaigns.
- Schedule and manage posts across all social media channels.
- Stay current with trends in Instagram Reels, TikTok, and emerging content formats.
- Design and share professional, brand-consistent content for our LinkedIn presence.
- Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports overall marketing goals.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut for design and editing.
- Maintain and update the company website with fresh content and visuals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video production, graphic design, digital advertising, social media management, and website maintenance.
- Proficient in creative tools and platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Skilled in professional content shooting using gimbals, cameras, and mobile devices.
- Experience with podcast editing and audio tools is a plus.
- Ability to conceptualize, plan, and deliver full campaign workflows.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
