You will responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with customers, and achieving branch sales targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless sales operations at the branch level.
- Drive sales and achieve branch targets through direct sales efforts.
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Accurately record and document all sales transactions.
- Stay updated on company products, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Meet performance metrics such as sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
