Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement high-quality software applications based on user requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Utilize programming languages and data structures effectively to solve complex problems.
Lead and mentor a team of two software developers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to established standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications for improved performance.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.
Participate in project planning and provide input on requirements and timelines.
Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and processes.
Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
