HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner at Highnoon Laboratories plays a critical role in aligning human resource strategies with business objectives. This position focuses on developing and implementing HR policies, enhancing employee relationships, and promoting a culture of high performance. The HR Business Partner partners with management and employees to foster a positive workplace environment and ensure the success of HR initiatives across the organization. With the responsibility of overseeing a small team, the HR Business Partner helps cultivate HR best practices and supports workload management while mentoring team members and driving organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Highnoon Laboratories business goals and support organizational growth.
Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management.
Facilitate effective talent management programs, including succession planning, workforce planning, and talent assessment tools.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee issues and organizational dynamics, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Drive change management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Analyze HR metrics and use analytics to identify trends, report on workforce demographics, and recommend improvements.
Promote a strong culture of performance by implementing performance management systems that encourage regular feedback and employee development.
Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
Conduct employee relations efforts, ensuring that grievances are addressed promptly and that the workplace remains positive and productive.
Support the HR team in developing and enhancing organizational development initiatives that promote employee learning and career growth.
