Hiring of Rental Vehicles

Pak Mission Society, a national humanitarian organization licensed under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, is seeking reputable rental vehicle companies to provide sedan vehicles on a rental basis. The organization is committed to the wellbeing of communities across Pakistan, including vulnerable groups such as children and women. This tender opportunity is specifically for the provision of two sedan vehicles (model year 2018 or newer) to be deployed in DI Khan. Interested bidders are invited to submit sealed bids in accordance with the outlined requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide rental sedan vehicles (2018 model or newer) in excellent working condition for use in DI Khan.
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of vehicles as per the contract terms.
- Submit sealed bids along with mandatory bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR).
- Collect tender documents from Pak Mission Society’s Head Office during office hours between July 14th and July 28th, 2025.
- Attend the tender opening meeting scheduled for July 29th, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Pak Mission Society Head Office in Islamabad.
- Comply with all tender submission guidelines, including submission of samples and CDR; incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
- Adhere to Pak Mission Society’s strict zero-tolerance policy on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, ensuring ethical conduct and integrity throughout the contract period.
- Undergo rigorous background checks related to past behavior concerning sexual exploitation and abuse as part of the vendor selection process.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in providing rental vehicle services, preferably to humanitarian or development organizations.
- Proven track record of maintaining vehicles in excellent condition and providing reliable rental services.
- Ability to comply with tender submission requirements including timely delivery of documents and bid security.
- Registered and reputable rental vehicle company with appropriate licensing and documentation.
- Willingness to undergo thorough vetting processes related to ethical standards and conduct.
