H.K Rubber Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and optimize our administrative functions. The ideal candidate has strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills that drive successful operations in the Manufacturing of Rubber and Plastic Products. With a focus on process optimization and production coordination, this role requires an individual who can effectively manage a team of personnel, ensuring that all administrative tasks align with company goals and production objectives. The Admin Manager will act as a vital link between management and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment while meeting the demands of a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow among various departments.
Implement and streamline processes to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization.
Supervise and support a team of personnel, ensuring proper communication and coordination of tasks.
Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with operational goals and deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to labor management, involving mediation and conflict resolution strategies.
Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations of team members to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with upper management to set strategic goals and create plans that align with the companys vision.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, especially in relation to health and safety standards.
Establish and uphold a system of accountability within the team, promoting a culture of responsibility and excellence.
