1. Financial Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company to support its business objectives.
    • Drive long-term financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
    • Evaluate financial performance and advise the executive team on opportunities for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  2. Financial Management & Reporting:

    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and profit margins.
    • Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial data to internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g., shareholders, regulators, and auditors).
    • Monitor financial performance and provide insights on cost management and profitability.
  3. Risk Management & Compliance:

    • Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the company complies with financial regulations and standards.
    • Develop risk management strategies to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure the company is adequately insured.
    • Ensure adherence to tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  4. Capital Structure & Financing:

    • Manage the company’s capital structure, including decisions regarding equity, debt, and other financing options.
    • Oversee the company’s investment strategies, managing cash flow and ensuring appropriate funding for business growth and operations.
    • Foster relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial institutions.
  5. Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
    • Provide leadership in strategic decision-making and contribute to key business development initiatives.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, sales, HR) to align financial and business goals.
  6. Business Performance & Analytics:

    • Provide financial insight and analysis to improve business decision-making.
    • Analyze business trends and financial data to assess financial health and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Support decision-making with financial models and scenario planning.
  7. Investor Relations:

    • Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy to investors, analysts, and board members.
    • Prepare investor presentations, annual reports, and other communications that accurately reflect the company’s financial performance and outlook.
