Responsibilities

Prepare and manage accurate financial reports that reflect the company's financial performance and health.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze financial statements to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance.
Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Utilize accounting software tools, such as QuickBooks or SAP, to manage and record all financial transactions effectively.
Assist in year-end audits by providing necessary documentation and support to external auditors.
Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and accounting standards to ensure compliance in all financial processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support business decisions.
Ensure prompt and efficient handling of accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain strong cash flow.
