Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, planning, and executing residential and commercial projects that align with the company’s vision of modern luxury and sustainability. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies
Coordinate with construction and finishing teams to ensure design integrity
Work on project proposals, presentations, and client meetings
Stay updated on trends in materials, designs, and regulations
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognised institution
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong design sensibility with a portfolio of completed works
Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills
Experience with high-end residential or commercial projects is preferred
